What is Compass One?
Compass One is the client side of the platform our team works in. Your advisor builds collections of homes for you there; you can favorite, comment, and compare, and we see every note the moment you leave it. It is invitation-only, which is why we build your search for you rather than sending you a link.
Am I committing to anything?
No. A curated search is free and carries no obligation. Many of our clients start six or twelve months before they move, simply to learn the market with someone who knows it.
What are Private Exclusives?
Homes marketed quietly inside the Compass network before, or instead of, going on the MLS. They never appear on public search sites. As a Compass team, we can include them in your collection when they fit your brief.
I already have a search running somewhere else. Why switch?
Keep it if you like. The difference is that a portal alert fires on a filter; a curated search is read by a person who knows the street, the builder, and what the last three homes on that block actually sold for. We tend to send fewer homes, and better ones.
