Private Lot Builds
Building a custom home on your own lot is one of the most personal investments you can make — and one of the most rewarding. As McDonald Construction’s exclusive real estate partner — and working with ICM Homes north of the metro — we’re not guessing about what your lot can support. We’ve stood on hundreds of them.
How It Works
01
Lot & Feasibility
We evaluate your land — or help you find it. Setbacks, soils, utilities, city requirements, and what the finished home should be worth on that site.
02
Design & Planning
Floor plans matched to the site, design consultations with the builder, and a budget that’s grounded in the feasibility work — not a brochure number.
03
Construction & Delivery
We stay through construction monitoring, walkthroughs, and closing. Typical timeline: 9–10 months from contract.

Not Sure What Your Land Can Support? Start Here.
Before you commit to anything, we’ll run a feasibility snapshot on your lot: what it’s worth as-is, what it supports, a realistic build budget band, and what the finished home would likely be worth. No cost, no obligation — just the numbers you need before your first design meeting.
